15 pages a day

its suppose to be something that are a part of us to be able to indulge ourselves in a good book at all times. we mostly would feel that we dont have the time to be allocated for reading books.

is it really impossible to read 1 book in a month?

I heard on 1 radio show ( IKIM FM )whom had invited Dr. Muhaiya as a guest panel and she has given a very useful tip on how we could finish up a book and its very strategical but manageable.

" We should make it a habit/ routine to read at least 15 pages / day. this would only take up 15 mins to 20 mins on average. ( yup! I tried reading in the train on my way to work, easily 15 = mins 15 pages ).
So averages of a book consists of about 350 pages.
350 pages/15 pages = 23 days

365 days / 23 days = 15 books  a year

So easily, the least is 1 book every month.

How about that?

The key is discipline. Make it a habit/routine.

eventually it will be a part of us that we can NOT read as our way of life.

Always bring a book with you anywhere you go.
Especially if you are going to have to wait for someone or when it requires you to wait for something. ie: transport, bank, clinic etc.

Hopefully we could make a turn from faceBOOK to real BOOK!

the secret

I have been looking out to read for this book since 3 years back...
due to the price which was quite off my limit.. i did not get it
but finally i found it from our local community library near my office.
the PNM Community library in Jusco AU2

So decided for myself to borrow it. well, am I glad to have get the opportunity to be reading it now rather than 3 years back.
coz the level of understanding are higher now and the relations understanding as in the rationale and applying the rules here are also complex and need to be carefully weigh down first
coz you as a Muslim dont take whats written here blindly Insya Allah

so whats does this books all about?
its been discussed well that some felt it as not a very positive input to community
even some thought of it as some kinda cult agenda

but for me it does relate much towards how we muslim and Islam belief..
so 70 % i think is what we already know but forgotten to apply and the 30% is just
to be ignored as it is not suitable for Muslim. So for Muslim reading this book, please keep in mind and heart that all that we do or we want Allah knows best!
we can pray, asks, and work towards achieving it and at the end process though we shall leave it to Allah to grant us what He thinks best, coz sometimes what we thought was best for us may not be it.

so some of my learning;

law of attraction
like attracts like; example when we experience something we are not happy about and the more we thought about it the worse it seems.
stop thinking bad thoughts and think something we like instead,
this has a lot to do with the negative energy we surround ourself with so instead opt for positive energy.
the satan loves to confuse us more when we are at this negative energy state

attract the good instead of the bad
Islam thoughts us, our thoughts and what we say is dua'
we tend to think about the bad things and what we dont want
the key here is just think of what we want and be more specific about it
use positive words.

shift to positive happy thoughts
have some moments that made you feels good and happy
every time something not great happen, think of this moments
mine would be the moments when i gave birth to my babies,
i just love to replay that moments over and over again

the creative process
step 1: ask
as per our Islam has thoughts us Allah loves to give, all we need to do is ask

step 2: believe
my belief is slightly different from the book, instead of what they would believe, for me i believe that Allah knows best and what I get is what He wants to give to me

Step 3: receive
feels bless and grateful of whatever the outcome. Feel good and think good thoughts of receiving it
and additonally after all the steps being humble and 'redha' ( tawakal )

remember whether we received what we wish for or we dont, its all are His test to us and how we apply it and how we benefit it and react to it is what really count!
the key point here is always remember Him! Allah SWT

gratitude
be grateful for what you have now. As you begin to think about all the things in your life you are grateful for, you will be amazed at the never ending thoughts that came back to you of more great things to be grateful for

visualisation
visual, its keep our right brain to work as we imagining what we want and make it with a lot of movement in the picture
and vision board is another good idea and always been advised by motivators as we could always look at it and we tend to drive ourself towards achieving it Insya Allah

give money to get money
giving has always been a powerful action to bring good in our life because when we are giving we are saying " we have plenty " remember its a dua'
never to say i have not enough, poor and no money!

what you resist persist
it's ok to notice what you dont want coz it gives you contrast to say " This is what i do want"
you cannot help the world by focusing on the negatives things.
instead of focusing on the worlds problems, give your attention and energy to trust, love, abundance, education and peace

the secret to you
your power is in your thoughts, so stay aware. in other words, " remember to remember"

embrace you magnificense
we are the chosen ones
each one of us serve a purpose in this world
Allah has made each of us unique and different
how magical is that
Subhanallah
we are the ones to determine our destiny
what will i do with the moment?
how will i seize the moment?
no one else can dance your dance,
no one else can sing your song,
no one else can write your story.
who you are, what you do, begins right now!

Wallahualam. Allah hu akbar

i had some here

so i was here  having had my first onlineshop attempt.
well...its was .......
anyway,

my passion is books and fashion
i'm bold and loves to try unique stuff
be it fashion, food or whatever

and now my stylobooku is my dream in the making
i'm incorporating it both and we shall not be neglecting any

books or reading. It has been long neglected by quite a big % of our community
especially in this technolgically era
with having the latest, the most advance gadgets is all that matter

so we tend to lost touch with a bundle of papers bind together and put cover front and back
that's what we call a book

it may not be so strange or some might say
"who says i dont read books?"

well than whats the count in a year..
how many books do you read in a year?
in a month?
in a week?

whatever the count is, I think that we shall not lost touch with books and best of all
it should be made available in everyones bag
coz whenever you had to wait for someone..you can always get a book to accompany you

i read while waiting for a lot of things. so time is well spent

sister's keeper; jodi picult

my first jodi. i was little bit off for a while thinking that this is just a boring narratives  done by this author.
but a friend recommend this

so i read and guess what.
definitely not a sophie kinsella
but jodi has more of the weight in her story
life possibilities and more serious but not too serious kinda thing

and well, being a sappy sad person that i am
i'm simply touched by it and well cried a good half towards the ends of the book

crying is such an excellent therapy we all need to do at least once a week
it releases stress more on it here
so cry.

and cant wait to read more on other jodi's

btw..

anna in sister keepers' thought me that u have to be strong and make your stand in deciding whats best for your life and dont care of what people wants you to be even its your mom

kate; fights and dont give up. when something bad happen to us be humourous about it and built positivity around it.

sara; when you are a mother, you also a human, tend to overlook whats more important in order to be able to give all that you have for your babies

brian: being a man and a father with clarity to see other perspectives and to balance the relationship in order to make the family stronger

jesse: what ever the reason being, deep down every hard rock are a really soft spot of moisture

campbell; everyone has secret and that makes the person we are

Dari Diari Hidup Rasulullah S.A.W

On Solat tahajud.

" Wahai Rasulullah SAW, kenapa kamu menangis?

why i read?

why we need to read?
how are we doing it?
what's stopping us?
why it's not a habitual something that we do?
how are we instilling it into our next generation?
why not?

let's face the music. internet or not, books are our needs. let's not compromise this. it should be press hard against our thick skulls that we need to read not just magazines but BOOKS. there are so much to learn from and gain.
