continue...helping your child to read

tips:

parents who read stories to their children developed their child's oral language skills (vocab and listening skills ) and effect upon the child's attitude to reading, create a desire to learn to read and resulted in later fluent reading attained by the children.

one way we could help our child to practise each letter shape is by writing a letter using a highlighter pen. then invite our child to to write the letter shape in pencil 'inside' the highlighter.

always make the learning fun and never let our child feel failure. when little children experience failure it does no inspire them to try harder, it makes them feel that they are useless and they seek to avoid the situation again
